Our first fundraising campaign, $150 for 150, celebrates the Sesquicentennial Anniversary of Howard University. For 150 years, the university motto has been "Truth and Service." Now, FOTD@HU is committed to serving Alma Mater by raising $150,000 for the Department of Theatre Arts.
These funds will support: current students in need of financial assistance, scholarships necessary to entice future Theatre and Dance students, and the Department's annual season of plays and musicals, dance productions and special events.
To date, FOTD@HU has raised over $5,000 to support undergraduate students and the Department. We need you to set in motion a campaign focused on one goal: supporting the Department that provided many of us with amazing opportunities and an unbelievable education. Together let us strengthen the connections between the Students, Faculty, and Alumni who continue to carry the torch.
We cannot think of a more worthy endeavor!
